Terms Of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship between you and Storm Strike (“Storm Strike”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) regarding your access to and use of our games, applications, websites, software, content, events, advertisements, virtual items, in-game virtual currency, subscriptions, and related services, and any other services provided by us (collectively, the “Service”).

Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and any other relevant policies, rules, event terms, offer terms, or supplemental terms that apply to specific features of the Service. Such policies and supplemental terms are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

1. Eligibility and Access to the Service

You are responsible for the internet connection, mobile data charges, device costs, platform fees, and any other charges that you may incur when accessing or using the Service.

2. License and Restrictions

Where the Service includes a downloadable game or application (“App”), Storm Strike grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, limited license to download, install, and use the App on authorized devices for your personal, non-commercial use, unless otherwise specified.

This license applies to all versions, updates, patches, expansions, free versions, paid versions, beta versions, and other modifications of the Service.

The Service may include measures to control access, prevent unauthorized copies, verify purchases, detect abnormal behavior, enforce age controls, or prevent users from exceeding the rights granted under these Terms. You may not disable, tamper with, bypass, or circumvent any such technical protection measures. If you do so, your license to use the Service may be automatically revoked.

Any use of the Service in violation of these Terms is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination of your license, and access to the Service.

3. Account and Game Progress

You may not create an Account using a false identity, false information, or on behalf of someone other than yourself. You may not use the Service if you have previously been removed, suspended, or banned by us from using the Service or any of our games.

Unless otherwise permitted by the Service, you may not create or use multiple Accounts to abuse rewards, events, advertisements, purchases, subscriptions, refunds, chargebacks, referrals, rankings, leaderboards, promotions, or other game systems.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account, username, password, login credentials, device access, platform account, and third-party login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, including purchases, whether or not authorized by you.

If you become aware of or reasonably suspect any breach of security, including loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of your login information, you must immediately notify us and modify your login information where possible.

We reserve the right to remove, rename, or reclaim any usernames, display names, guild names, clan names, team names, or other identifiers at any time and for any reason, including if we believe they violate these Terms, infringe third-party rights, impersonate another person, or are offensive, misleading, inactive, or otherwise inappropriate.

Your game progress may be stored locally on your device, through platform services, through third-party login services, or on our servers, depending on the features available for the relevant Service.

We do not guarantee that game progress, settings, achievements, purchases, virtual items, virtual currency, event results, rankings, rewards, subscriptions, or other data will always be recoverable.

We are not responsible for loss of progress, virtual items, virtual currency, purchases, rewards, or account access caused by:

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Terms, you acknowledge and agree that you have no ownership or other property interest in your Account.

All rights in and to Accounts are and shall be owned by and inure to the benefit of Storm Strike.

Your Account is made available to you solely as part of your limited license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

4. Suspension and Termination

Without limiting any other remedies, we may limit, suspend, terminate, modify, delete, or restrict Accounts or access to the Service, in whole or in part, if you are, or we reasonably suspect that you are, failing to comply with these Terms or engaging in illegal, improper, abusive, fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized use of the Service.

We may take action with or without notice to you. Such action may include:

You may lose your username, display name, Account, game progress, virtual currency, virtual items, earned items, purchased items, subscriptions, rewards, rankings, privileges, and other benefits associated with your use of the Service. We may also limit, suspend, or terminate the Service, any game, or any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. If we stop offering or supporting the Service or a particular game, your license to use that Service or game will automatically terminate. In such event, we are not required to provide refunds, benefits, or other compensation, except where required by applicable law or platform policy.

We reserve the right to terminate any Account that has been inactive for 180 days / a prolonged custom period, where permitted by applicable law.

Upon termination, your license to use the Service will immediately end, and you must stop using the Service.

Sections relating to ownership, virtual items, user content, feedback, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and general provisions will survive termination of these Terms.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including without limitation any games, titles, software, code, technology, themes, objects, characters, character names, stories, dialogue, catchphrases, concepts, artwork, animations, sounds, musical compositions, audio-visual effects, methods of operation, documentation, game clients, server software, interfaces, designs, databases, data, and all related intellectual property rights, are owned by Storm Strike or its licensors.

We reserve all rights, including all intellectual property rights and other proprietary rights, in connection with the Service.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in the Service or any content within the Service.

6. Third-Party Products, Services, Platforms, and Links

The Service may offer, integrate, display, or make available third-party products, services, advertisements, analytics tools, attribution tools, payment systems, cloud services, login services, social features, platform services, software development kits, or links.

You assume all risks and liabilities associated with your use of any third-party products or services.

Your rights and obligations regarding such third-party products or services may be governed by separate terms of use, payment terms, privacy policies, or other policies of the applicable third-party provider.

The Service may include hyperlinks or references to third-party websites, platforms, stores, advertisements, offers, or resources over which we have no control.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, safety, legality, content, advertising, products, services, data practices, or other materials on or available from such third-party websites, platforms, or resources.

Your use of app stores, payment processors, advertising networks, analytics providers, attribution providers, social networks, cloud save providers, or other third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

7. User Content, Interactions, and Feedback

“User Content” means any communications, images, sounds, text, chat messages, usernames, avatars, guild names, profile information, gameplay recordings, screenshots, videos, feedback, support messages, and any other material, data, or information that you upload, submit, post, transmit, create, or make available through or in connection with the Service.

You acknowledge and agree that you have no expectation of privacy concerning public or in-game communications made available through the Service, except as provided by applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to review, monitor, prohibit, edit, delete, disable access to, restrict, or otherwise make unavailable any User Content, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, including if we believe the User Content violates these Terms, applicable law, platform rules, third-party rights, or the intended operation of the Service.

7.2. Public Discourse and User Interactions

The Service may include forums, blogs, chat features, guild systems, social features, leaderboards, profiles, or other features where you can post or share User Content.

We cannot guarantee that other users will not use the ideas, information, or content that you share. If you have an idea or information that you want to keep confidential or do not want others to use, do not post it through the Service.

We have no responsibility to evaluate, use, or compensate you for any ideas or information you submit.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users and any other parties with whom you interact through the Service. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to become involved in disputes between users.

If you have a dispute with one or more users, you release Storm Strike and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, and representatives from claims, demands, damages, losses, and liabilities of every kind, known and unknown, arising out of or connected with such disputes, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

You retain any rights you may have in your User Content.

By submitting, posting, uploading, creating, transmitting, or making User Content available through or in connection with the Service, you grant Storm Strike a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, copy, adapt, modify, translate, create derivative works from, perform, display, publish, broadcast, transmit, distribute, and otherwise communicate your User Content for the purposes of operating, improving, moderating, providing, promoting, and marketing the Service.

You also grant us the right to authorize others to exercise the rights granted to us under these Terms.

Except where prohibited by law, you waive any moral rights, attribution rights, or similar rights you may have in your User Content to the extent necessary for us to use your User Content as described in these Terms.

We do not claim ownership of your User Content, and nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict any rights you may have to use your User Content outside the Service.

7.4. Feedback

We do not accept unsolicited ideas, suggestions, proposals, or feedback about the Service or other aspects of our business unless expressly requested.

If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, ideas, bug reports, feature requests, balance suggestions, design proposals, creative concepts, or other information, you agree that we may use such feedback for any purpose without restriction, obligation, notice, or compensation to you.

You agree that we may use, modify, implement, publish, commercialize, or create derivative works from any feedback you provide without owing you any ownership rights, payment, credit, approval, or other obligation.

8. In-App Purchases

8.1. Purchases, Fees, and Platform Store Terms

The Service may offer purchases of Virtual Currency, Virtual Items, subscriptions, premium features, ad removal, starter packs, bundles, battle passes, event passes, limited-time offers, or other digital content.

You are only allowed to purchase Virtual Currency, Virtual Items, subscriptions, and other digital content from us or our authorized partners through the Service and the applicable platform store.

All payments are charged and processed by the applicable app store, platform provider, or payment processor, such as Google Play, the Apple App Store, or another authorized platform store (“Platform Store”). Your purchase is subject to the payment terms, refund rules, cancellation rules, and policies of the applicable Platform Store.

Where required by platform policy or applicable law, purchases of digital goods, digital content, Virtual Currency, Virtual Items, subscriptions, or premium features must be made through the applicable Platform Store’s authorized payment system.

You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes incurred by you or anyone using an Account registered to you.

We may revise the pricing for goods and services offered through the Service at any time.

Except where required by applicable law or the policies of the applicable Platform Store, all purchases and redemptions of Virtual Currency, Virtual Items, subscriptions, and other digital content are final and non-refundable.

We do not control the Platform Store’s payment processing, billing information, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, or payment errors. For payment issues, you may need to contact the applicable Platform Store or payment provider.

You agree not to abuse payment systems, refund systems, chargebacks, subscription mechanics, promotional offers, purchase verification, or purchase-related bugs.

We may suspend, restrict, reset, or terminate Accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, unauthorized, or suspicious purchase activity.

8.2. Subscriptions

The Service may offer subscription memberships, monthly cards, VIP memberships, premium memberships, no-ads plans, recurring passes, or other recurring paid features (“Subscription”).

When you purchase a Subscription, you agree that:

You may be required to enter billing information to sign up for a Free Trial. If you enter billing information when signing up for a Free Trial, you may be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fee when the Free Trial expires unless you cancel before the end of the Free Trial period in accordance with the applicable Platform Store’s rules.

We reserve the right, at any time and without notice, to modify, suspend, or cancel any Free Trial offer to the extent permitted by applicable law and platform policy.

To stop automatic renewal of your Subscription, you must cancel your Subscription through the applicable Platform Store before it renews. The required cancellation period may vary by Platform Store and region.

To receive any daily, recurring, or time-based rewards as part of your Subscription, you may be required to open the applicable game, maintain an active Account, connect to the internet, and claim the reward within the required time period.

Unless otherwise stated in the Service, you may not receive rewards for days on which you do not open the game, fail to claim the reward, lose access to your Account, or fail to meet the stated conditions.

Subscription rewards, benefits, prices, availability, and features may be modified, replaced, suspended, or discontinued to the extent permitted by applicable law and platform policy.

8.3. In-Game Virtual Currency and Virtual Items

The Service may include opportunities for you to earn, buy, receive, unlock, or otherwise obtain in-game currency, premium currency, coins, gems, diamonds, energy, tickets, keys, shards, points, boosts, resources, or similar digital currency (“Virtual Currency”) and virtual in-game digital goods, characters, heroes, equipment, skins, pets, cards, battle passes, subscriptions, consumables, power-ups, packs, chests, rewards, or other digital items (“Virtual Items”).

Virtual Currency and Virtual Items are provided to you under a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use within the applicable Service. Virtual Currency and Virtual Items are not real currency, do not have real-world monetary value, and may not be redeemed, exchanged, sold, transferred, traded, or converted into legal currency, goods, services, or items of value outside the Service, unless expressly permitted by us.

You have no ownership, property interest, right, or title in or to any Virtual Currency or Virtual Items appearing, earned, purchased, or originating in the Service. Virtual Currency and Virtual Items may not be transferred, sold, exchanged, auctioned, gifted, traded, rented, leased, sublicensed, or otherwise made available outside the Service, including through direct sale, account sale, auction service, third-party marketplace, or unauthorized transfer.

We may manage, regulate, control, modify, rebalance, limit, remove, replace, suspend, discontinue, or adjust Virtual Currency, Virtual Items, rewards, packs, offers, events, prices, quantities, availability, functionality, rarity, effects, drop rates, expiration, or eligibility at any time, with or without notice.

We have no obligation to reimburse, compensate, or refund you for any Virtual Currency, Virtual Items, rewards, progress, or benefits that are changed, adjusted, lost, expired, removed, or unavailable, except where required by applicable law or platform policy.

9.1. Randomized Rewards, Gacha, Chests, Summons, and Loot Boxes

The Service may include randomized reward systems, including but not limited to hero summons, character draws, gacha, loot boxes, chests, mystery boxes, equipment draws, pet draws, card packs, spin wheels, randomized bundles, event banners, shard drops, or other chance-based mechanisms (“Randomized Rewards”).

The outcome of Randomized Rewards is random. We do not guarantee that you will receive any specific character, item, rarity, hero, equipment, shard, pet, skin, reward, result, or combination of results.

Where required by applicable law or platform policy, the probability, drop rate, or odds of receiving randomized Virtual Items will be disclosed in the Service before purchase or participation and in close proximity to the relevant offer.

Drop rates, item pools, pity systems, guaranteed reward mechanics, featured items, event banners, rarity tiers, purchase limits, availability, and reward structures may vary by game, event, version, region, platform, account status, or time period.

Unless otherwise stated in the Service, each Randomized Reward event is independent, and previous results do not guarantee future results.

We may modify, rebalance, add, remove, replace, suspend, or discontinue Randomized Rewards, item pools, drop rates, banners, events, pity systems, featured items, or reward structures to the extent permitted by applicable law and platform policy.

Any displayed odds, drop rates, item pools, or reward rules apply only to the specific banner, event, chest, summon, draw, or offer for which they are displayed.

You are responsible for reviewing the applicable odds, item pool, rules, price, duration, limits, and conditions before making a purchase or participating in any Randomized Reward system.

9.2. Idle Rewards, Offline Rewards, and Progression Systems

The Service may include idle gameplay, offline rewards, automatic resource generation, stage progression, hero growth, AFK rewards, energy recovery, timed rewards, daily rewards, login rewards, battle rewards, or other progression systems.

Idle and offline rewards may be based on your game progress, stage, level, power, characters, equipment, VIP status, Subscription status, event status, time away from the game, server time, device status, internet connection, or other in-game conditions.

Offline rewards may be capped and may not accumulate beyond the limit stated in the applicable Service. If you remain offline beyond the reward cap, additional time away may not generate additional rewards.

Rewards may vary depending on game balance, live events, account status, server configuration, technical conditions, platform conditions, anti-cheat systems, or other factors.

We may adjust, limit, correct, remove, deny, or recover rewards, progress, currency, items, or benefits if we detect or reasonably suspect:

We do not guarantee that idle rewards, offline rewards, daily rewards, login rewards, timed rewards, or event rewards will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or recoverable.

9.3. Advertisements and Rewarded Ads

The Service may display advertisements, including banner ads, interstitial ads, playable ads, offerwall ads, cross-promotions, sponsored content, and rewarded advertisements.

Rewarded advertisements may allow you to receive in-game rewards after watching, interacting with, or completing an advertisement. Rewards are granted only when the advertisement is successfully completed, verified, and recorded by the Service or the applicable third-party advertising provider.

We do not guarantee that advertisements will always be available or that every advertisement view will result in a reward.

We may make such changes to maintain game balance, fix bugs, prevent abuse, address technical issues, improve gameplay, comply with applicable law or platform policy, or support the operation of the Service.

The Service may include limited-time events, missions, battle passes, season passes, daily quests, login bonuses, promotional offers, banners, tournaments, rankings, leaderboards, challenges, gifts, giveaways, sales, or other live operations.

Limited-time events, offers, banners, missions, rewards, and promotions may vary by game, version, region, platform, user segment, account status, or time period.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, limited-time rewards, events, or offers are not guaranteed to return in the future.

We do not guarantee that any character, item, strategy, feature, reward, event, price, balance state, or gameplay mechanic will remain unchanged.

You may need to update the App or third-party software from time to time in order to continue using the Service.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, share, disclose, retain, and protect personal information.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Storm Strike and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensors, suppliers, partners, contractors, and representatives will not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or other similar damages, including without limitation loss of revenues, lost profits, lost data, loss of progress, business interruption, loss of goodwill, loss of virtual currency, loss of virtual items, loss of rewards, loss of purchases, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating in any way to these Terms or the Service.

This limitation applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statutory liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the extent not prohibited by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in connection with the Service during the six (6) months immediately preceding the date on which you first assert the claim.

If you have not paid anything to us during such period, your sole remedy and our exclusive liability for any dispute is to stop using the Service and cancel your Account, where applicable.

Nothing in these Terms shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer or exclude or restrict any liability that cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable law, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence, where such limitation is prohibited by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Storm Strike and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensors, suppliers, partners, contractors, and representatives from and against any claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, fines, penalties, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or relating to:

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Service, our Privacy Policy, your Account, your purchases, your User Content, or your relationship with us shall be governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law provisions, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.

You agree that any claim or dispute you may have against Storm Strike must be resolved exclusively by the courts located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you and Storm Strike agree that any dispute will be resolved only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, collective, or representative action.

You and Storm Strike must bring any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service within one (1) year after the claim arises, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.
